Written by on February 11, 2021

Tonight on Blue Mountains Live the Professor will be talking in the studio to Rebecca Daniel and Trish McMeekin from the KANIMBLA STRING QUARTET a string quartet based in the Blue Mountains who will be performing at Gang Gang Gallery at Lithgow on Sunday 14th Feb from 4:30pm. Hear them talk about art and music tonight 7:30pm on RBM.
The quartet is kicking off this year with a performance at the Gang Gang Gallery and this performance will include a variety of repertoire from around the world, with works by Samuel Barber, Vaughn Williams, Elena Kats-Chernin, Arvo Part, the Danish String Quartet, and their very own Rebecca Daniel. We are very excited to be able to talk to them about this selection at the wonderful venue of the Gang Gan Gallery, and hope you can join us on air for an evening of music and art. The event will coinside with the end of the amazing current ‘Summer Exhibition’ at the Gallery. Ticketys available here:
