Can you tell a story in 500 words? Come to the next meeting of the Blue Mountains Writers and learn how to develop a character, their crisis and context all in a few short paragraphs. We will look at some Flash Fiction examples and various competitions which will challenge you to write concisely.

Blue Mountains Writers are a branch of the Fellowship of Australian (NSW) and meet monthly in Springwood. We aim to encourage writers at any age and stage, from beginners to published authors. We welcome you to join us at our next meeting 1.45pm Sunday 7th July at Springwood Sports Club.
