Blue Mountains Unions and Community (BMUC) is holding a Politics in the Pub on Creating Future (local) Jobs on Saturday 16th November at 3pm at the Katoomba Family Hotel.
The event is free.
The local community faces challenges with the decline of the coal industry and is a target for vague nuclear technology. However there are ideas that can create future trade jobs in the area. Speakers at Politics in the Pub are Dr Michelle Ziebots from the University of Technology and Steve Murphy from the AMWU.
