Celebrating the life of local artist Daniel Kojta
In honour of her son, local artist and and hard-core adventurer, Daniel Kojta who was 47 when he died in January 2018, Teresa Kojta brings us an exhibition of Kojta’s vibrant life, at the BMCC Cultural Centre in January 2025.
Daniel Kojta was a popular local man and intellectually provocative artist.
Daniel lived vibrantly and fearlessly, making people forget that he was in a wheelchair and had paraplegia.
The exhibition depicts Daniel’s life as an artist, Radio Blue Mountains presenter, adventurer and community member.
