After the Beatles Hour Repeat from 9-10am, Steve Perry takes over the studio for Monday Morning Music, two hours of tunes that are guaranteed to give you a lift and get you wide awake and up for the week ahead.

Tune in! Steve’s got a great taste in music, and is a highly experienced presenter who puts together a well planned out show!

Steve was born in Woking, England back in 1963. Woking is famous for The War Of The World’s,

the Jam and Rick Patfit late of Status Quo. Steve’s family emigrated to Australia in 1981

arriving at Pyrmont in July. Steve has been a life long Tottenham Hotspur fan, dating back to

1970. He has also been a supporter of Australian football since the mid 70’s, having

seen a lot of changes in the sport over that time. Played football in the Sutherland Shire growing

up before moving to the Blue Mountains in 1990. He played for Hazelbrook Football Club for 20

years, also serving on the committee as publicity officer for 10 years. Which led to a 10 year stint on Radio Blue Mountains from 1998- 2008.

Returning to the station in 2021. Steve works as a disability support worker for Greystanes

disability service, which he has for the last 16 years.
