Wentworth Falls author – What if: How to reframe challenges into growth opportunities

Hi team – I’m not contacting you about an event. Rather a potential story. Here’s a copy and paste from my Media Statement.
The book is now available for sale in Blue Mountains books stores – Megalong (Leura), GLEEBOOKS (Blackheath), The Little Lost Bookstore (Katoomba) and GoodEarth Bookshop (Wentworth Falls). Just waiting to hear from Springwood and Lawson bookstores.

BOOK RELEASE: What if…? How to reframe challenges into opportunities for growth
Written by Bronwyn Frazer / Published with Hembury Books

Wentworth Falls author, writer and holistic nutritionist has recently published her second book – What if..? How to reframe challenges into opportunities for growth.

One of the stories she shares is the untimely death of her brother Geoff in 2009 who died in his sleep of unknown causes. At the time, Geoff lived in Glenbrook and was based with the RAAF at Lapstone.

‘Life can feel like a very bumpy rollercoaster at times’, says Bronwyn. ‘But if you learn how to change your perception and hopefully see the blessings in disguise, the experience can be powerful.

‘I’ve learnt that while I can’t always control what happens, I can control how I perceive things. Then with self-awareness and conscious intention, I can choose to respond differently.

‘Learning how to reframe challenges into opportunities of growth has been a game shifter for my mental health and relationships.’

What if..? aims to help the reader learn and grow by looking at challenging situations from a different perspective.

Tapping into life’s big moments of challenge and change, What if…? offers 44 insights grouped into four themes – learning through relationships, growing through discomfort, dealing with death, and creating consciously. In the final chapter – creating consciously – the author encourages readers to create positive ripples of change in their life and in turn, their wider community.

Throughout What if…? the author shares wisdom and insights learnt from her own challenges. These include childhood bullying, unhealthy relationships, moving, career changes, conflict in relationships, mild anxiety, the sudden death of a brother, and the passing of her beloved dad during the pandemic.

What if is available from Blue Mountains bookstores, via bronwynfrazer.com.au and AMAZON in ebook and print form. The audiobook version will be released by late 2024.
