Tuesday 11am – 1pm

Presented by Brad Spillane

The Men’s Mental Health show with presenter Brad Spillane. A weekly look at mental health issues for men living in the Blue Mountains. Regular guests on the show alongside Brad are Boudi Maassen a local Psychotherapist, retired Army General Blue Philips and Garry Sims NSW Police Chief Inspector, Blue Mountains Walk ‘n’ Talk organiser and RUOK? Ambassador.

The show covers a large array of topics including open discussions on Mental Health with regular guest speakers who live with conditions such as Bipolar, Autism, Anxiety and PTSD as well as chats with experts in the field of Men’s Mental Health.

Each week we attempt to help men understand their thoughts and emotions, and to recognise that being vulnerable is not a sign of weakness, but rather a sign of courage, strength and bravery. We encourage guests to express their opinions, generate awareness and most of all to find a positive approach to dealing with any topic.

We would appreciate any support you can give to cover running costs, such as studio membership and hire, podcast hosting, technology support and equipment.

You can find podcasts through mixcloud.com under Men’s Mental Health Show or follow their Facebook page.
