The Parke Street Social is a collaboration between local DJ’s Dins & Kevlar. You will find them funking it up at The Parke Street Social on Radio Blue Mountains 89.1FM every Sunday from 6pm.
Their weekly 3-hour shows consist of the finest funk, soul, disco and house music from around the globe. Every month they showcase guest DJ exclusive mixes, from the beginner, the up-and-coming, to World Class international DJ’s, including the likes of DJ Prosper, Horatio and Carl Cox. As long as the guest mixes are top quality and within the genres they broadcast, they’re happy to consider airing them. Feel free to get in touch with them if this is you. They are all about good music, and raising the vibe of our Blue Mountains community.
They also pay homage to their favourite music producers / labels via top quality mixes aired every month on the radio. So far, these mixes have included the likes of John Digweed & Nick Muir, Yotto, Honey Dijon, Harry Romero, Flevans, Audiojack, Dave Lee, Smoove & Turrell, Jalapeno Records and Kylie Auldist to name a few.
