On ‘The Theme Machine’ from 9 a.m. this coming Saturday, January the 15th, ‘The Stars Are Out Tonight’ is a homage to David Bowie and features 36 tracks that reference stars of the astronomical type, with a couple of exceptions in which the word is used in the sense of a ‘talented performer’ … which in itself certainly refers to David.
